My Father

My Dad was a born sportsman , an incorrigible optimist, a man of great education , intelligence and intellect.
He had shed all hypocrisy and prejudices very early in his life .
He could talk on any subject you chose to engage .
But we needed to be careful.
He was a very well read man and would not accept a crap during discussions.
He was my best friend , philosopher and guide .
I could always bare my heart and soul to him and he would read the finer threads .
He never sermoned me rather shared his perspective .
He was and still a source of divine light to me .
He is still there in my heart ❤️ and will always be there .
